Welcome to my personal website! My name is Thiha Oo.
Growing up across various regions of Myanmar, I developed an early curiosity for technology that shaped my academic and professional journey. I earned a Diploma in Electronics Technology from Yangon Technological University, followed by a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCSc) with Honours from the University of Computer Studies, Mandalay. During my undergraduate studies, I also worked as a part-time technician, gaining practical, hands-on experience in computer hardware, PC customization, and core programming.
In 2007, I relocated to Singapore to pursue postgraduate studies at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), earning a Master of Science in Digital Media Technology.
Over the past 15+ years, I have built a career in software engineering, gaining global experience as a Senior Software Engineer in both Singapore and the United States. My technical expertise spans software architecture, 2D/3D graphics rendering, image processing, mobile app development, digital media visualization, and basic electronics.
Today, I am based in Singapore as a naturalized citizen and work as a Software Solution Architect.
Beyond software architecture, I am passionate about PC building, hardware tinkering, graphics technology, digital multimedia, and gaming. Feel free to explore my portfolio and work experience across this site!
